You could say that Ch. Players Prodigy, “RJ,” lives two lives. Along with co-owner and handler David Murray of California, the 4-year-old Tibetan Terrier hits the show trail every weekend, then spends the week between shows just being a house pet, dividing his time between going for walks and sleeping on the couch.
It’s a recipe that works well: Currently the nation’s top-ranked Tibetan Terrier, RJ was named Best of Breed at the 2007 Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show — a repeat of his 2006 Westminster win.
