Safety Takes Front Seat in Dog Training Education

New dog-safety guidelines to be available by year's end.

The Womens Safety Education Group announces plans to include dog-safety guidelines in its presentations before the end of this year.

Bark Busters, a national dog-training franchise, will provide dog safety training materials to the WSEG, which is a national womens education organization conducting seminars on safety and defense.

The proposed guidelines include the proper way to handle the approach of a strange dog; tips for correctly identifying various canine temperaments; how to introduce a newborn baby to the family pooch; life-saving techniques in the event of an attack; safety tips for children and dogs; and basic canine communication methods.
