After being left in a stadium parking lot alone, an adorable puppy named Daisy has found her forever home, and scored a job in the process.

On May 10, the Savannah Bananas baseball team, an amateur team based in Savannah, Georgia, announced that they appointed a Bat Dog for their 2016 season. And that bat dog was Daisy, a 7-week-old puppy who had been left in the parking lot of their stadium two weeks prior.

Daisy was found crying near the office door by a staff member. She had no tags, microchip or collar.

Team President Jared Orton and his wife, Kelsey, then adopted her, and she now comes to the office with Jared every day.

“We aren’t sure how big she’ll get, so it’s hard to say if she’ll be able to pick up a bat or just coach first base, but as she grows, she’ll be a fixture at the ballpark,” Jared said in a statement released by the team.

Opening day for the Bananas is on June 2nd, and hopefully Daisy will bring the team good luck this season.
