King Pin

The Miniature Pinscher is living proof that size doesn’t matter.

Sandee W. of Boonville, Ind., thinks her Miniature Pinscher Dede is part mountain goat. “She would climb anything,” says Sandee, president of the Miniature Pinscher Club of America and a Min Pin breeder. “She would scale four-tiered shelves and end up on top. Then she couldn’t get back down. I would find her in the strangest places. I had to watch her like a hawk.

“Miniature Pinschers are clever little Houdinis and get themselves into some crazy situations. Sometimes you wonder how in the world they got where they are.”
