Maymo is a pretty chill dog. He goes around the house doing what dogs like to do: unraveling toilet paper, knocking children over, lazing around on the couch. He is a typical dog with an atypical owner. This Halloween, his owner tried to prank him with one of those fake skeletons that you can buy every year to decorate your Halloween haunted house. Didn’t work.
The video, which was uploaded to YouTube October 25, shows Maymo lying on the couch when he hears a noise coming from the room behind him. That noise is the skeleton playing peek-a-boo with Maymo. As soon as Maymo raises his head to investigate, the skeleton disappears behind the wall.
The skeleton then appears behind the couch, as Maymo lies on it, then ducks again behind it as Maymo tries to figure out what is going on. From there, the skeleton peeks its head out from the next room but this time Maymo is waiting and runs after it.
Maymo tries to grab the bony thing, but it is flopping around on the floor. Maymo can’t get a good grip with his teeth. They meet again on the couch and Maymo continues to try and bite the skeleton’s head, to no avail. Maymo is finally able to subdue the skeleton with his paws and brings the bony thing down.
Nice try, prankster.
