Last month, I wrote about how parrot behaviorists recommend letting your bird watch TV as an enrichment activity but how it contrasts with child behaviorists, who don’t recommend much toddler time in front of the TV. (Read here.) Well, one program they can both probably enjoy together and learn from is the childhood standard “Sesame Street,” which also just happens to have a giant canary as a principal character. Yes, Big Bird, for the record, is a canary.
What bird or child wouldn’t like “Sesame Street?” It’s got colorful characters and sing-a-longs!
