If you’re like me, most of your holiday was spent either binge-watching “Making A Murderer,” trying to find that one stupid panda that was hidden in a crowd of snowmen (or in an angry looking crowd of heavy metal fans) or doing both at the same time. And just about the time we all started feeling smug about finding that little black-and-white bear, Hungarian cartoonist Gergely “Dudolf” Dudás has drawn another “Where’s Waldo”-style puzzle, one that has tucked a cat somewhere in the middle of a hundred owls.
“Can you spot it?” he cheerily asks in a Facebook post, knowing full well that we can’t spot it!
I just spent a full twenty minutes counting the neat rows of bird after bird. “Owl, owl, owl,” I said out loud. “Owl, owl, owl.” And because cat-and-owl-powered misery loves company, Dudolf’s latest drawing has been shared more than 19,000 times.
“Easy,” one commenter wrote. “The cat is just next to the owl.”
Exactly — that’s the problem!
And just in case you missed the panda one, enjoy:
