Summer may be over but one popsicle-loving pup’s love for the ice cream truck is never ending.
Rambo loves ice cream. As soon as he hears the ice cream truck coming, he runs right up to get his sweet treat.
He’s a loyal customer, even though he never actually pays for the ice cream himself. He leaves it to his dad to settle his bill. That’s because Rambo is a dog, and well, dogs don’t have bank accounts.
The 2-year-old English Bulldog, who lives in Huntsville, Alabama, began his ice cream ritual about a year ago, WAAY-TV reports.
“Rambo was all excited out of nowhere, and I was like OK, let’s go get some popsicles. And next thing you know he’s jumping in the truck,” Ashish Silwa, Rambo’s owner, told the news station.
Now he’s ice cream truck driver Akins Luwoye’s best customer — or at least, best four-legged customer.
“Other dogs on my route, when they hear the music, they’re scared,” Luwoye told WAAY-TV. “But he is not scared, so it’s unique.”
