Engagement photo shoots often yield the same types of photos. There are pictures of the rings with the couple’s hands joined. Pictures are taken at the beach. Oftentimes the shoot includes a picture of the couple with their backs turned to the camera and/or one of the couple kissing. I think the best photographs are the creative ones. And if you can include your dog too, even better.
When I saw the engagement photos that photographer Melissa Biggerstaff took of soon-to-be-married couple Tony Collier and Corinne Jones, I couldn’t wait to write about them. The pair met at the University of Illinois back in 2009 and both worked at Walt Disney World, Cosmopolitan reports.
Jones’ favorite movie is “101 Dalmatians,” so it was only naturally for the couple to recreate a scene from the classic Disney movie for their engagement photos. The scene they chose was the perfect one: the meeting of Roger and Anita. The couple’s dogs, Mookie and Izabelle, took on the roles of Pongo and Perdita.
