If you’ve ever dreamed of having kittens delivered directly to your door (and really, who hasn’t?), Uber is here to make that fantasy a reality!.

To celebrate one of the greatest days of the year, National Cat Day, Uber has partnered with shelters throughout the country to bring cuddly kittens to your home or office for 15 minutes of happiness with two adorable, fuzzy, squee-worthy kittens.

There is a $30 snuggle fee to participate in the paid-for playtime session, and participation is a snap – simply open the Uber app between the hours of 11 am and 3 pm, request the KITTENS option, and voila! Two kittens will appear right before your eyes – depending on availability, of course.

A representative from each of the participating shelters will accompany the kittens on their October 29 playtime adventures, and are happy to answer any questions you may have. While adoptions on the spot aren’t allowed, you can stake your claim, and visit the shelter later in the day or week to adopt!

While the #UberKITTENS event has been a huge success throughout the country and in Canada since its inception; this is the very first year that Los Angeles and Orange County is participating, with three shelters (Kitty Bungalow Charm School for Wayward Cats, Heaven On Earth Society for Animals, and the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals L.A.) joining in the fun. Additionally, all proceeds from SoCal #UberKITTENS visits will go directly to the shelters. We’re not kitten!

Remember: feeling stressed? Today is the one day in all the year where all you need to do is open Uber for a little relief!
