We shot one of our last Cat College videos this week. It’s been fun making these videos, but the task has come with its challenges, too, whether it’s doing seemingly endless takes, sudden, unwanted noises outside of the studio (requiring yet another take) or trying to wrangle uncooperative feline talent. But our team has really pulled together to make the videos a success.
When we first started, we didn’t realize how much work goes into these shoots. It’s so much more than just the person in front of the camera. During this week’s shoot, while I was putting last-minute touches on my speech, the rest of the team was behind the scenes setting up the camera, checking the lighting and sound, going over notes and decorating the set. When it was time to start shooting, all I had to do was take my place and start talking.
We’ve put a lot of effort into Cat College and have all learned a lot along the way. We hope you’re enjoying it and encourage you to let us know how we’re doing.
